Responsibility
1.督导宴会每位员工工作,协助宴会经理做好日常管理工作和服务工作。
Supervise the working of every employee in the Banquet, assist the Banquet Manager in daily management and service work.
2.制定所在餐厅的年、月度工作计划,带领下属积极完成各项接待任务和经营指标。
Making the annual and monthly work plan of the restaurant, lead the subordinates to actively complete the reception tasks and business indicators.
3.控制餐厅的经营成本和费用预算,确保经营计划。
Control the operating cost and budget of the restaurant and ensure the business plan.
4.做好餐厅的排班工作,保证餐厅对客服务的正常运转。
Do a good job of restaurant scheduling, to ensure the normal operation of restaurant guest service.
5.建立物资管理制度,负责对餐厅设备、物资、用具等实行严格管理,督促属下员工做好安全工作。
Establish the material management system, responsible for the strict management of restaurant equipment, materials, utensils, etc. Supervise staff to do safety work.
岗位要求
Position Requirements
1.两年以上餐厅主管工作的经验
At least 2 years working experience as a restaurant supervisor
2.有较好的文字组织能力,能撰写各类应用文稿及计划、总结、报告等。
Good writing organization ability, able to write all kinds of application documents, plans, summaries, reports, etc.
