Take responsibility for the management of leading the servers to ensure guest satisfaction by delivery a prompt, courteous, and accurate service. Greet the guests and serve with Marriott standards of food and beverage quality, presentation and sanitation, and in a gracious and professional manner. Perform an aggressive hospitality through positive behaviour to both guest and fellow associates. Maintain a professional appearance and keep a clean sparkling dining room at all times.
