西餐厅领班/Western Restaurant Captain

岗位职责
1、To provide a courteous, professional, efficient and flexible service at all times, following MCIL Products & Services Standards.
保证提供热情，专业，高效高质的服务；做到符合酒店的规章制度和MCIL的产品服务标准。
2、 To have a full working knowledge and capability to supervise, correct and demonstrate all duties and tasks in the assigned Place of Work to the standard set.
具有丰富的工作知识和管理能力，在工作区域根据标准准确地完成工作职责和任务及起表率作用。
3、 To establish a rapport with guests. Handle all guest requests and inquiries on food, beverage and service.
与客人建立友善的关系。合理的处理客人所有相关的服务要求。
任职要求
1、熟悉餐饮部工作流程，2年以上餐饮部工作经验，有同岗位工作经验优先考虑。
2、 形象气质佳，具备一定的英语听说能力。
3、良好的沟通协调能力。
