工作职责:
As the eCommerce Manager for Douyin, you will be responsible for driving end-to-end execution and delivery of the business across the Douyin platform.
You will work closely with line manager, who defines strategy and priorities, and other stakeholders and partners, while you take full ownership of executing initiatives, managing operations, and delivering measurable results.
Store Operations & Performance Management
• Manage daily operations of the Douyin flagship store, including products, content, and promotional execution
• Monitor performance metrics, identify issues and improvement opportunities, and implement corrective actions
• Deliver weekly and monthly performance reports with clear data analysis, insights, and action plans
• Support continuous optimization of store performance and conversion efficiency
Campaign & Project Execution
• Own the end-to-end execution of Douyin campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and performance against defined KPIs
• Coordinate with internal teams and external partners to ensure smooth execution
• Track campaign performance, drive optimization actions
Hotel & Agency Management
• Manage collaboration with internal teams and hotels, driving participation in campaigns and ensuring execution readiness
• Own DP agency management, including project management, performance tracking, deliverable quality, and issue resolution
• Identify improvement areas and propose optimization actions to enhance execution efficiency and effectiveness
Others
• Monitor platform updates, user trends, and business opportunities across Douyin ecosystem
• Proactively identify operational issues, risks, and bottlenecks, and drive resolution by coordinating stakeholders and tracking progress
任职资格:
An eCommerce Manager, has strong understanding of Douyin platform and hotel industry. He/she should be highly motivated, dependable, and have a desire to take ownership of their duties to help the company grow and succeed.
• Minimum Education: Bachelor or above
• Minimum Years of Experience: 4+ years
• Minimum Years of Management Experience: (if applicable) NA
• Any Licenses or Certificates Required: (if applicable) NA
• Additional Requirements (i.e. % of travel time, etc.):
o Solid experience in eCommerce, digital marketing, or social commerce
o Strong execution capability with proven experience managing campaigns or projects end-to-end
o Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate into actions
o Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
o Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
o Experience working with agencies and cross-functional teams
• Preferred Qualifications
o 6+ years of Digital Marketing and/or eCommerce experience
o Experience working with major internet platforms or agencies
