This
position is concerned with the day to day supervision of the Bar operation of
the Hotel and compliance with established restaurant policies and procedures of
this Hotel.

As a
team leader to direct and work with food and beverage management team and
associates to successfully execute restaurant operations; strive to continually
improve guest and associate satisfaction and maximize the financial performance
in areas of responsibility.
