·Supervise and train the Room attendant
work procedures

·Complies with Hotel’s health,
safety and hygiene policies and adheres to conduct personal grooming and hygiene standards

·Conduct the
management of Lost & Found items strictly according to Hotel’s P&P.

· Manage storage areas, complete stock takes as
required, Maintain
stock levels

·Supervision public area clean
contractor,ensure compliance with contract requirements

·Familiar with distribution of
the floor and public area

·Ensure that the service quality
of the contractor's employees conform to the requirements

·Open and close the shift and
ensure effective shift hand over

·Perform Room allocations,Prioritise arrival rooms.
划分员工客房清洁区域,排列抵店客人的优先次序
·Perform Room inspections and ensure up to the hotel cleans standard .
检查客房,以达到酒店以及集团的标准.
· Co-ordinate special projects
(eg site rooms, vermin control, window and carpet cleaning, room inventories)
协调特别项目(如参观客房,除虫,窗户和地毯的清洁,客房供应量)。
·Ensure consistency within the
department

·Conducts shift briefings to
ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known
