Responsible for accurate, courteous and efficient check-in for serviced apartment guests, ensuring satisfactory service during stay and handling guest complaints in a timely manner. Handle miscellaneous collection of all serviced residence guests according to established apartment requirements. Provide information for guest or visitor inquiry.
负责服务公寓客人的准确、礼貌和有效的登记入住,确保入住期间满意的服务,及时处理客人投诉。按照既定的公寓要求处理所有服务公寓客人的杂费收款事宜。为客人或访客查询提供信息。
【Preferred Qualifications 候选人要求】
- College and above (Full time) 大专及以上(全日制)
- At Least 5 year of related work experience 至少5年以上相关工作经验
- At Least 1 year of related supervisory work experience 至少1年以上相关工作经验
- Fluent in English and Mandarin, both oral and written 中英文会话书写流利
- Windows Office Software (including Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Outlook email 微软办公软件(包括Word, Excel和PowerPoint),Outlook邮件
