Monitor competitors' activities and assist in monitoring market dynamics.

Provide sales leads to appropriate personnel within the InterContinental Hotels Group.

Sell to new, existing and potential customers in accordance with the goals established in the sales strategy, and negotiate with them to agree on the most suitable price to maximize profits.

Sell all facilities of the hotel.
销售酒店的所有设施。
Establish and maintain a regular sales call pattern to meet key figures in the target market.

Conduct market research and analysis.
进行市场调研和分析。
Develop and maintain contacts with business contacts, event planners, tourists and convention bureaus, travel agencies, tour operators, airlines, corporate clients, government departments and other guests according to the hotel's business needs.
根据酒店的营业需要,与业务联系人、会务策划者、游客和会展局、旅行社、旅游运营商、航空公司、公司客户、政府部门和其它客人发展并保持联系。
Travel to promote the hotel when necessary and develop potential business opportunities.

Monitor existing business and put forward suggestions at sales strategy meetings to expand business.

Maintain high-quality products and services to illustrate when selling hotel services and facilities to guests.

Assist and accompany guests to the hotel area they want to go to when they make a request.

Understand the hotel's special promotion plans and activities to respond when guests have needs.

Understand all current information about the hotel to provide consultation to guests.
