As a Service Leader - F&B Service, we rely on you to:
作为酒店中餐服务主管，需承担以下主要工作职责：
1. Be responsible for the reception, guidance and service of VIP guests, ensuring that they receive a luxurious experience.
2. Be familiar with the hotel's dishes and beverage knowledge, and provide professional dining suggestions to guests.
3. Respond promptly to guests' needs and coordinate to handle various service issues.
4. Maintain the relationship with VIP customers and regularly follow up on customer feedback.
5. Assist in handling the office and training affairs of the catering department
1、负责VIP客人的接待、引导及服务工作，确保客人获得尊贵体验
2、熟悉酒店菜品及酒水知识，为客人提供专业点餐建议
3、及时响应客人需求，协调处理各类服务问题
4、维护VIP客户关系，定期跟进客户反馈
5、协助处理餐饮部办公与培训工作
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备：
1.More than 2 year working experience in catering service.
2.Serious and practical to work, correct work attitude, can bear hardships and stand hard work.
3. Master the necessary knowledge about food and beverages, and possess certain skills in serving Chinese and Western cuisine.
4、Have good health and appearance.
1、有从事餐饮服务2年以上的工作经历。
2、对工作认真踏实，工作态度端正，能吃苦耐劳。
3、掌握必需的食品、酒水知识，有一定的中餐与西餐服务技能。
4、身体健康，仪表端正。
