Key Responsibilities:
1.Build and maintain strong relation ships with key decision-makers in thehospitality industry, ensuring long-term cooperation and customer satisfaction.
2.Identify and develop new market opportunities while managing and expandingexisting customer accounts.
3.Collaborate closely with internal teams to independently drive sales projectsfor hospitality software products and meet or exceed sales targets.
4.Gather customer feedback and market insights to propose product improvementsand enhancements.
5.Prepare and submit regular sales plans, forecasts, and reports to ensureeffective communication and alignment with business objectives.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree or above; strong proficiency in spoken and written English.
2.Proven experience in sales, preferably inhospitality management software;successful sales cases are highly valued.
3.Solid understanding of hotel operations and familiarity with internalmanagement processes of premium hotels.
4.Results-driven with a passion for sales, strong resilience under pressure, andexcellent communication and negotiation skills.
5.Positive, self-motivated, and highly disciplined professional with a strongdesire to achieve and exceed goals.
