Main Responsibilities

1.Conducts shift briefings to ensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

2.Supervise front desk operations during assigned shift including:
在安排的轮班期间,监督前台工作,其中包括:
a) Maintenance of guest information了解客人信息。
b) Maintenance of information about local events了解本地信息。
c)Compile occupancy statistics编辑客房占有率统计。
d)Supervise the use of the public address system监督公共地址系统的使用。
e)Supervise group bookings管理团队预定。
f)Assisting with serious complaints协助处理投诉。
3.Supervise cashiering activities during shift including:
在轮班期间监督现金收入,其中包括:
a)Cash handling and banking procedure处理现金收入及信用卡程序
b)Dealing with irregular payments处理不寻常付款
c)Instructing staff in credit policies and facilities培训员工信贷政策及处理程序
d)Instructing staff in cash security procedures培训员工对现金安全的程序
e)Carry out debtor control执行债务控制
f)Prepare reports准备报告
g)Supervise the cashiering system监督收银系统。
4.In conjunction with the EDP manager to ensure the hotel system is maintained in accordance with the standard operating procedures.

5.To closely investigate any accounting discrepancies that may occur during the night audit function.
调查在夜间审记时有可能出现的账目差异。
6.To ensure that all refused business is recorded and reported to Reception Manager.
