Service Manager - Grill 79 / 国贸79西餐厅经理

Duties
1. Oversee daily restaurant operations to ensure smooth service from opening to closing.
2. Manage the guest experience with personalized service for VIPs and special occasions.
3. Maintain high standards of service, hygiene, and grooming in line with hotel and Forbes guidelines.
4. Train and motivate the service team, providing regular sessions on menu knowledge and wine pairing.
5. Drive revenue through upselling, wine sales, and private dining bookings.
6. Manage P&L, controlling labor and operating costs.
7. Be responsible for the online reputation of the restaurant.
Requirements
1. Minimum of 2 years’ experience in a similar position in a fine dining or a 5-star hotel environment.
2. Strong passion for gastronomy and familiarity with culinary trends.
3. Solid knowledge of wines, spirits, and mixology; WSET Level 2 is an advantage.
4. Professional appearance and demeanor suited to a luxury environment.
5. Fluent in written and spoken Chinese and English.
6. Strong attention to detail and excellent guest‑engagement skills.
7. Demonstrates consistent professional values and integrity.
