1. Assists to ensure that the Food and Beverageactivities are aligned with the respective Corporate Strategy, and thatthe Hotel Actions have been implementedwhere appropriate.

2.Oversees the preparation and update ofindividual Departmental Operations Manuals.

4.Ensures that all Associates deliver the brandpromise and provide exceptional guest service at all times.
