工作职责:
Responsible for the preparation of various flavored cold dishes.
1.负责各类风味凉菜的制作。
Responsible for the procurement, inspection, and storage management of cold dish ingredients, ensuring their freshness and quality.
2.负责凉菜食材的采购、验收和储存管理,确保食材的新鲜度和质量。
Strictly comply with food hygiene and safety regulations and the restaurant‘s sanitation management system to ensure the hygiene and safety of the cold dish preparation process.
3.严格遵守食品卫生安全法规和餐厅的卫生管理制度,确保凉菜制作过程的卫生和安全。
Responsible for the daily maintenance and upkeep of cold dish preparation equipment, ensuring its normal operation and safe use.
4.负责凉菜制作设备的日常维护和保养,确保设备的正常运行和安全使用。
Provide customers with high-quality cold dishes and services with a passionate and professional attitude, addressing their inquiries and concerns.
5.以热情、专业的态度为客户提供优质的凉菜和服务,解答客户的疑问和咨询。
任职资格:
No academic or professional qualifications required
1、学历不限,专业不限
2-3 years of relevant work experience, with exceptional candidates eligible for consideration of relaxed requirements
2、3年以上相关工作经验,特别优秀者可适当放宽
Possess good professional ethics and conduct, be diligent and responsible in work, and pay attention to details;
3、具备良好的职业道德和职业操守,对工作认真负责,注重细节;
Possess some kitchen work experience and be familiar with the workflow and operational standards of restaurants or hotels;
4、有一定的厨房工作经验,熟悉餐厅或酒店工作流程和操作规范;
Be in good health and capable of adapting to the high-intensity work environment and long working hours in the kitchen.
5、身体健康,能够适应厨房高强度的工作环境和工作时间。
