餐饮部经理

· Oversee the management of restaurants, bars and outlets
· 监督餐厅，酒吧和营业场所的管理工作
· Assists in managing the day-to-day operation of the Food and Beverage sections, with a focus upon Western Restaurant operations (but not exclusively to), and informs the Food and Beverage Manager or designate, of any major decision taken which did not require his/her action and any other relevant information
· 协助餐饮总监管理餐饮部日常营运事宜，侧重于西餐厅营运（但不限于此方面），将任何其无需采取措施的重大决策传达给餐饮总监，及时提供其他相关信息。
· Assists Manager in developing popular menus and beverage lists offering guests value for money in accordance with IHG guidelines
· 协助餐饮总监按照洲际酒店集团的指导纲要制定深受欢迎且物有所值的菜单和酒水单。
· Assists Manager in planning and organizing successful Food and Beverage activities in the hotel and overseas
· 协助餐饮总监在酒店和国外策划和组织成功的餐饮活动
· Attends and participates to other meetings as required by the administrative calendar
· 根据行政管理活动时间表按要求参加所有其它会议。
· Assists Manager in keeping an up-dated Hotel Policies and Procedures file and up-dated files on all Food and Beverage matters
· 协助餐饮总监更新酒店规章制度的文件及所有与餐饮部相关的文件
· Assists Manager in setting Food and Beverage goals and developing strategies, procedures and policies。
· 协助餐饮总监制定餐饮目标和发展策略，工作程序和规章制度
· Assists Manager in determining the minimum and maximum stocks of all food, beverage, material and equipment。
· 协助餐饮总监确定所有餐饮，材料和设备的节约和高存货标准
· Maintains knowledge of trends, systems, practices and equipment in food and beverage through trade literature, hotel show and site visits
· 通过商业杂志和现场拜访不断的了解酒店和餐厅领域内餐饮准备和服务方面的潮流，系统，操作和设备
· Performs related duties and special projects as assigned

· Manage the delivery of high quality service to guests
· 为客人提供高质服务的管理工作。
· Access and use Food and Beverage computer programs
· 进入并使用餐饮部计算机程序。
· Ensure all staff is properly trained on quality and service standards and have the tools and equipment needed to effectively carry out their job functions

· May assist with other duties as assigned
