What you will do:

The ability to complete opening and closing side work as assigned and have all tables set according to standard.
能够完成指定的餐厅开档与收档工作，并按规定标准摆好所有餐台。
Anticipate guest needs, ascertain satisfaction, offer suggestions, and respond urgently and appropriately to guest concerns and requests.
预判宾客需求，主动探询满意度，提供建议，并能及时、恰当地回应宾客的关切与请求。
The ability to carry trays, bus and reset tables with linen, china, glass and silver.
能够完成托盘服务、清理并重新布置餐桌（包括更换布草、瓷器、玻璃器皿和银器）。
The ability to ascertain a guest's satisfaction and handle any problem, which may arise informing a manager of the problem and how it was resolved.
能够评估宾客满意度，处理可能出现的任何问题，并向经理汇报问题及其解决方式。
What you bring:

A minimum one year of administrative experience, preferably in a hospitality or restaurant related field or other equivalent experience, is required.
要求至少一年工作经验，具有酒店或餐饮相关领域经验者优先，或其他同等经验亦可。
Requires knowledge or the ability to operate computer equipment including word processing and spreadsheet software.
需具备操作计算机设备的知识或能力，包括文字处理和电子表格软件。
Good knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint

Has strong interpersonal skills, is able to prioritize and adapt to the changing needs of the operation

Requires basic computer skills for online training
