Supervises, leads and trains GuestServices Associate - Front Desk (GSA-FD) ensuring that all procedures areperformed to the hotel's standards. Performs the daily responsibilities ofthese positions and assists where necessary to ensure optimum service toguests/visitorsAssists and supports the AssistantFront Office Manager (AFOM) in the most efficient and effective way to provide thehighest possible standards of service, whilst being pro-active in maintaining and/orimproving revenue and profit.Ensures the Front Desk team maintain complete knowledgeof all departmental policies and comply with all departmental policies, serviceprocedures and standards (Hotel & LQA) on a daily basis.Monitor TrustYou and take necessary action to ensure servicelevel and engagement are always up to hotel standard and goal set by themanagement in order to maintain high customers’ satisfaction and loyalty.
