酒水经理/主管 Beverage Manager/Supervisor

全面负责餐饮部的酒水的管理及运营,中餐包厢客人的酒水服务，建立酒水销售标准,掌握酒水市场销售趋势，及时创新及库存的合理管控及盘点,提升酒水销售额,提高化酒水销售产出。Fully lead F&B division Beverage program, and the Chinese restaurant PDR beverage service, establish standards of beverage sales, inspiration beverage sales, trends and inventory, enhance & maximizes revenue of beverage sales.
【岗位职责】
1、负责酒店酒水部门的日常运营管理，包括酒水采购、库存控制、成本核算及利润分析。Responsible for daily operation and management of the Beverage Department, including beverage procurement, inventory control, cost accounting and profit analysis.
2、制定并执行酒水销售策略，提升酒水销售额及利润率，完成部门营收目标。Formulate and implement beverage sales strategies to increase beverage turnover and profit margin, and achieve the departmental revenue targets.
3、监督酒水服务质量，确保符合酒店标准及客户期望，处理客户投诉及特殊需求。Oversee beverage service quality to ensure compliance with hotel standards and guest expectations, and handle guest complaints and special requests.
4、管理酒水团队，包括招聘、培训、排班及绩效评估，提升团队专业水平与服务意识。Manage the beverage team, covering recruitment, training, scheduling and performance appraisal, so as to improve the team’s professional competence and service awareness.
5、定期分析市场趋势及竞争对手动态，优化酒水菜单及定价策略。Regularly analyze market trends and competitors’ developments, and optimize beverage menus and pricing strategies accordingly.
6、与餐饮部、宴会部等其他部门协调合作，确保酒水服务无缝衔接各类活动及宴会。Coordinate and collaborate with other departments such as Food & Beverage and Banqueting to ensure seamless beverage service for all events and banquets.
7、确保酒水操作符合卫生、安全及法律法规要求，包括酒精饮品许可证等相关合规事项。Ensure all beverage operations comply with hygiene, safety and relevant laws and regulations, including compliance matters concerning alcohol service licenses.
8、协助各餐厅的运营与管理工作。Assist in the operation and management of all restaurant outlets.
9、完成上级交办的其他事项。Complete other tasks assigned by the superior.
【岗位要求】
1、具有大专以上文化程度2年以上同岗位相关工作经验。 College diploma or above, with minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in the same position.
2、熟悉高端酒吧运营管理和服务标准及工作流程。Familiar with operation management, service standards and working procedures of high-end bars.
3、有较高的处理突发事件的应变能力及对客沟通能力。Possess strong emergency response capability and guest communication skills.
4、热爱服务工作，工作踏实、认真，有较强的事业心和责任感。Passionate about hospitality service, prudent and diligent at work, with a strong sense of dedication and responsibility.
