职位描述
【岗位职责】
1、负责人事日常事务与员工关系基础工作,办理员工入转调离、劳动合同签订 / 续签 / 解除等基础人事手续,规范管理员工人事档案,确保档案资料完整合规;响应员工基础人事咨询,维护日常员工关系秩序。
Responsible for daily personnel affairs and basic employee relations work, handle basic personnel procedures such as employee onboarding, transfer, separation, and labor contract signing/renewal/termination, standardize the management of employee personnel files to ensure the completeness and compliance of file materials; respond to employees' basic personnel inquiries and maintain the order of daily employee relations.
2、协助开展招聘配置执行工作,配合推进社招、校招、校企合作等多渠道招聘落地;协助跟进实习生招录与日常管理,维护人才储备基础信息,保障招聘全流程顺畅推进。
Assist in the implementation of recruitment and allocation, and cooperate with the promotion of multi-channel recruitment including social recruitment, campus recruitment and school-enterprise cooperation; assist in following up the recruitment and daily management of interns, maintain basic information of the talent reserve, and ensure the smooth progress of the entire recruitment process.
3、协助推进培训发展与部门行政支持工作,配合组织新员工入职培训、岗位技能培训等各类培训活动,负责培训场地布置、物料准备、签到记录及培训资料整理归档。
Assist in promoting training and development and departmental administrative support, cooperate with organizing various training activities such as new employee onboarding training and job skill training; be responsible for training venue arrangement, material preparation, sign-in records, and the sorting and archiving of training materials.
4、负责人力资源部日常文件流转、会议纪要整理等行政事务,保障部门日常运营顺畅。
Responsible for administrative affairs such as daily document circulation and meeting minutes compilation of the Human Resources Department, to ensure the smooth daily operation of the department.
5、完成上级领导交办的其他人力资源相关事务性工作。Perform other human resource related transactional work assigned by the superior leadership.
【岗位要求】
1、本科及以上学历,人力资源管理、工商管理等相关专业。
Bachelor's degree or above, major in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or related fields.2、半年及以上酒店或企业人力资源文员 / 助理岗位工作经验。
6 months or above working experience as HR clerk/assistant in hotels or enterprises.3、具备基础英文读写能力,可处理常规英文人事资料。
Basic English reading and writing skills, able to handle routine English personnel documents.
