1.Develop and maintain corporate accounts, travel agencies, tour groups, meeting clients, and individual business customers.

2.Conduct client visits, build long-term relationships, and achieve individual sales targets.
主动拜访客户,建立并维护良好客户关系,完成个人销售指标。
3.Handle inquiries, quotations, reservations and confirmations for rooms, meetings, banquets, F&B and other services.
接收、跟进、报价、确认各类客房、会议、餐饮、婚宴等预订需求。
4.Coordinate with Front Office, F&B, Housekeeping and other departments to ensure smooth service delivery.
与前厅、餐饮、会议、客房等部门协作,确保客户接待与服务顺畅。
5.Collect market and competitor information and report to supervisor.
收集市场信息、竞争对手动态,及时反馈给上级。
6.Complete daily reports, client files, visit records and sales documentation.
完成销售报表、客户档案、拜访记录等日常工作。
7.Participate in hotel promotions, marketing activities and client events.
参与酒店促销活动、推广及客户答谢活动。
8.Handle client feedback and minor complaints to improve satisfaction and retention.
处理客户简单投诉与需求,提升客户满意度与复购率。
9.Be responsible for daily clerical work of the department: Organize and file sales documents, contracts and client files; input and statistics sales reports, visit records and order data; draft and distribute minutes of department meetings.
负责部门日常文职工作:包括销售文件、合同、客户档案的整理归档;销售报表、拜访记录、订单数据的录入与统计;部门会议纪要的撰写与分发、考勤等。
