§ Help prepare the yearly department budget by using history and forecasting techniques to develop an aggressive budget that reflects achievable goals.

Enforce operational standards that are periodically reviewed and updated.

Be responsible for always maintaining outlet safety and sanitation standards.
时刻保持对大堂吧的安全和卫生标准负责。
Enforce Sheraton sanitation and food handling and storage standards. Audit the Lobby Bar operation monthly with appropriate documentation.
运用万豪卫生和食品处理和储藏标准。以每月的方式适当的检查大堂吧。
Be responsible for the security and management of all hotel property, facilities, and assets.
负责对所有酒店财产、设备和资产的安全管理。
Conduct a preventative maintenance inspection on a weekly basis with appropriate documentation.
做好每月预防性的检查工作。
Always enforce Marriott’s Principle monthly.

Led by example through a “hands on” approach to motivate our associates to excel.

Be responsible for all accounting and billing procedures in the outlets.

Be responsible for the accurate supervision of the associate time control and payroll systems by working with Finance and HR.

Periodically plan outside associate activities to promote teamwork.

Promote positive inter-departmental relations through candid communication and cooperation.

Respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the appropriate manner. Communicate all guest issues immediately to the Director of Food and Beverage.

Perform any reasonable request made of management which is not life threatening or against the law.
