Job Responsibilities
您将确保客房始终处于最佳状态——我们制定了标准，但需要您来执行，才能为宾客提供独特而难忘的入住体验
You will ensure that the rooms are always in top condition —— We set the standards, but it is up to you to execute them to provide guests with a unique and memorable stay experience

Daily Responsibilities
帮助宾客——如果有人需要牙刷或向您问路，您应该热情提供帮助
Help guests —— If someone needs a toothbrush or asks you for directions, you should be enthusiastic to help
及时向主管汇报客房服务进度，并在需要维修时立即提醒他们
Report the progress of room service to the supervisor in time and remind them immediately when maintenance is needed
安全意识——始终遵守我们既定的安全规程，并在需要时佩戴防护设备
Safety awareness —— Always follow our established safety procedures and wear protective equipment when needed
条理有序——维护各种用品和便利设施，并尽量减少浪费
Orderly —— Maintain supplies and amenities and minimize waste
物还失主——并记录任何遗失和发现的财物
The owner of the property is still —— and any lost or found property is recorded
精神饱满——穿着工作服，展现自豪感
Be mentally full —— Wear work clothes to show pride
其它临时职责——需要全员出动完成任务的特殊时刻
Other temporary duties —— Special moments when all staff are required to complete the task
监测和控制用品和便利设施，并尽量减少客房部各方面的浪费
Monitor and control supplies and amenities and minimize waste in all aspects of the housekeeping department
按照既定程序报告、上交和/或记录所有丢失和找到的物品
Report, surrender and/or record all lost and found items in accordance with established procedures
发挥团队精神，按照酒店程序与其它部门沟通，确保卓越的品质和服务
Exemplify team spirit and communicate with other departments in accordance with hotel procedures to ensure excellence in quality and service
可能需要定期协助大清洁项目
Regular assistance may be required for major cleaning projects
可能需要负责夜床服务
May be responsible for night bed service
