技能要求Skill Requirements：
负责店面营业部的运转与管理，完善和提高各项服务工作，确保提高优良服务和优质产品。
Responsible for the operation and management of the store's business department, improving and enhancing various service work, and ensuring the provision of excellent services and high-quality products.
职位描述Job Descriptions：
1. 确保酒店服务质量达到或超过客户期望；
Ensure that the hotel service quality meets or exceeds customer expectations;2. 负责制定并推行预算、计划、目标和工作流程，确保所有目标得以实现；
Be responsible for formulating and implementing budgets, plans, goals and work processes to ensure that all goals are achieved;3. 策划和实施各类促销活动，增加客户数和提高客户满意度；
Plan and implement various promotional activities to increase the number of customers and improve customer satisfaction;4. 监控竞争酒店的市场价格和活动，并采取相应应对措施；
Monitor the market prices and activities of competing hotels and take corresponding countermeasures;5. 定期对酒店员工进行培训和考核，确保他们具备提供高质量服务所需的技能；
Regularly train and assess hotel employees to ensure they have the skills required to provide high-quality services;
6.完成上级领导交付的其他任务。
Complete other tasks assigned by superiors.
任职要求Job Requirements ：
1. 具有3年以上酒店经理或同等职位的工作经验，本科以上学历，具备英语沟通能力及领导力；
Have more than 3 years of work experience as a hotel manager or in an equivalent position, with a bachelor's degree or above,and having Englishcommunication skills and leadership abilities;2. 具有出色的领导和管理技能，能够激励员工完成任务；
Possess excellent leadership and management skills, and be able to motivate employees to complete tasks;3. 对客户服务、销售和市场营销具备深入理解；
Have an in-depth understanding of customer service, sales and marketing;4. 熟悉酒店业务、制度和法律法规，关注市场发展动态；
Be familiar with hotel operations, systems, laws and regulations, and pay attention to market development trends;5. 自我激励、富有创新思维、能够承受一定的工作压力；
Be self-motivated, have innovative thinking, and be able to withstand certain work pressure;
6. 愿意长期驻外发展。
