岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 全面负责酒店公共区域的清洁及维护工作,保障全域卫生、视觉效果符合品牌标准。
Fully manage the cleaning and maintenance of hotel public areas to meet brand hygiene and visual standards.
2. 制定日、周度及专项清洁计划,监督落地执行与成果验收。
Formulate daily, weekly and special cleaning plans and supervise implementation results.
3. 定期巡检公区设备状态,对接工程部完成设备维修与保养工作。
Inspect public equipment regularly and coordinate with the engineering department for maintenance and repair.
4. 规范清洁设备、耗材的使用管理,完成月度盘点工作。
Standardize the usage of cleaning tools and supplies, and conduct monthly inventory checks.
5. 合理统筹人员排班与工作分配,保障高峰时段服务稳定有序。
Arrange staff scheduling and tasks reasonably to ensure stable service during peak hours.
6. 联动管家、工程、餐饮等部门开展协作,及时处理各类临时工作需求。
Maintain good cooperation with Butler, engineering, F&B and other departments to respond to temporary demands timely.
7. 开业筹备期间,参与制定公区清洁标准、物资配置及工具采购方案,开展员工培训,统筹开业前全域深度清洁与全面检查工作。
During pre-opening period, assist in formulating public area cleaning standards, material allocation and tool procurement, organize staff training, and coordinate pre-opening deep cleaning and overall inspection.

任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 3年以上奢华酒店公共区域管理经验。
At least 3 years of public area management experience in luxury hotels.
2. 具备优秀的组织统筹与沟通协调能力。
Strong organizational, communication and coordination capabilities.
3. 熟练操作各类清洁机械设备。
Proficient in operating all kinds of cleaning equipment.
4. 具备基础英语沟通能力者优先。
Basic English communication skills are preferred.
5. 具备奢华酒店筹开经验者优先。
Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
