岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 按照酒店标准完成客房清洁、物资补给及环境维护,保障客人整洁、安全的入住体验。
Perform guest room cleaning, amenities replenishment and environmental maintenance in accordance with hotel standards to provide guests with a clean, tidy and safe stay experience.
2. 落实每日例行清洁、深度清洁及计划性清洁各项工作任务。
Complete daily routine cleaning, deep cleaning and scheduled cleaning tasks.
3. 妥善管理工作车及清洁工具,确保器具整洁完好、正常可用。
Manage service carts and cleaning tools to ensure tidiness and intact condition.
4. 规范处理客人遗留物品,严格按照流程登记、上缴。
Properly handle guest lost items and complete registration and handover in accordance with standard procedures.
5. 坚守服务礼仪规范,全程保持专业服务状态,打造高品质客房服务体验。
Maintain professional etiquette during service to ensure high-quality guest room experience.
6. 开业筹备期间,参与客房开荒、深度清洁、布草铺设、用品标准化摆放验收,熟悉开业房态标准、作业流程及陈设规范。
During pre-opening period, participate in guest room opening cleaning, deep cleaning, linen laying and amenities standard placement, and be familiar with opening room status, workflows and standard furnishings.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 2年以上奢华酒店客房清洁相关工作经验。
At least 2 years of guest room cleaning experience in luxury hotels.
2. 熟练掌握清洁工具、各类清洁剂的规范使用方法。
Familiar with the standard usage of cleaning tools and chemical agents.
3. 工作细致严谨、责任心强,身体健康,能胜任岗位工作。
Meticulous, responsible and physically fit for the position.
4. 具备奢华酒店筹开经验者优先。
Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
