岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 负责酒店公共区域日常清洁与维护,确保全域卫生及视觉效果符合品牌标准。
Responsible for daily cleaning and maintenance of hotel public areas to meet brand hygiene and visual standards.
2. 熟练操作各类清洁设备,规范作业,保障操作安全。
Skillfully operate cleaning machines and ensure safe and standard operation.
3. 巡查公共区域,发现客人遗留物品及时上报处理。
Report guest left-behind items in a timely manner.
4. 落实计划性清洁及各项专项工作,完成主管下达的任务安排。
Complete planned cleaning and special tasks assigned by supervisor.
5. 保持良好服务态度,积极配合跨部门协作工作。
Maintain positive service attitude and actively support department cooperation.
6. 开业筹备期间,参与公区开荒、深度清洁、设备调试及公区标识、陈设检查等工作。
During pre-opening period, participate in public area opening cleaning, deep cleaning, equipment commissioning and inspection of signs and furnishings.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 1年以上奢华酒店公共区域工作经验。
At least 1 year of public area working experience in luxury hotels.
2. 熟练使用各类清洁设备及物料。
Proficient in the use of cleaning equipment and supplies.
3. 普通话良好,具备基础英语能力者优先。
Fluent in Mandarin; basic English skills are preferred.
4. 具备奢华酒店筹开经验者优先。
Luxury hotel pre-opening experience is preferred.
