岗位职责 Job Responsibilities
1. 搭建并落地酒店学习与发展体系,涵盖品牌文化、新员工入职及岗位技能等各类培训项目。
Establish and implement the hotel’s learning and development system, including brand culture, onboarding and professional skill training programs.
2. 结合运营需求开发定制化培训课程,完成效果评估与课程迭代优化。
Design customized training courses based on operational needs, and conduct effect evaluation and continuous content optimization.
3. 统筹员工培训档案管理,输出培训数据报告,支撑人才梯队建设与晋升发展。
Manage staff training files systematically, generate training data reports, and support talent development and succession planning.
4. 联动各部门推进服务标准化建设,推动品牌文化落地与整体服务品质提升。
Coordinate with all departments to promote service standardization and realize in-depth implementation of brand culture.
任职要求 Job Requirements
1. 5年以上奢华酒店或高端文旅行业学习与发展相关工作经验。
At least 5 years of working experience in learning and development within luxury hotels or high-end cultural tourism industries.
2. 精通培训体系搭建全流程,具备优秀的课程研发、授课及项目统筹能力。
Proficient in the full process of training system construction with outstanding capabilities in curriculum development, teaching and project management.
3. 英文听说读写流利,可熟练开展双语培训工作。
Fluent in English listening, speaking, reading and writing for bilingual training delivery.
4. 具备高端场地筹开或大型活动专项培训经验者优先。
Candidates with pre-opening training experience of high-end venues or large-scale event training experience are preferred.
5. 熟悉人力资源核心模块,具备良好的数据分析能力与问题解决能力。
Familiar with core HR modules with strong data analysis and problem-solving capabilities.
