Lead menu planning and innovation to align with guest preferences and brand positioning
管理厨房团队,包括招聘、培训、排班与绩效监督。
Manage kitchen team recruitment, training, scheduling, and performance.
严格控制食品及人工成本,监控库存、采购和供应商质量。
Control food and labor costs; oversee inventory, purchasing, and supplier quality.
维护厨房设备正常运行,确保符合卫生及安全要求。
Ensure all kitchen equipment is well maintained and compliant with safety and hygiene standards.
与餐饮部团队紧密协作,持续提升宾客餐饮体验与满意度。
Collaborate with F&B teams to elevate guest dining experience and satisfaction.
参与餐饮战略规划,如新品研发、餐饮推广及收益提升方案。
Participate in F&B strategic planning, new concept development, and revenue initiatives.
【任职要求 】
至少 10 年烹饪管理经验,含 2 年以上奢华品牌酒店行政总厨或同级管理经验。
Minimum 10 years of culinary management experience, including 2+ years in a similar role in a luxury hotel.
深厚的烹饪功底及多元菜系经验;有海外、米其林或高端餐厅背景者优先。
Strong Western culinary expertise; Michelin-starred or international fine-dining experience preferred.
熟悉预算管理、成本控制及厨房运营标准。
Proficient in budgeting, cost control, and kitchen operations.
具备卓越的团队领导力、执行力与沟通协调能力。
Excellent leadership, communication, and operational execution skills.
英语良好(口语与书写);具备跨文化沟通能力。
Good command of English with strong cross-cultural communication.
有奢华酒店筹开经验者优先考虑。
Pre-opening experience in luxury hotels is highly preferred.
