【Job Responsibilities】
Responsible for the daily maintenance and management of the hotel's engineering equipment and safety systems, ensuring efficient operation of facilities.Develop and implement preventive maintenance plans to reduce equipment failure rates and control repair costs.Oversee the security team, improve safety management systems, and refine emergency response plans.Conduct regular inspections of fire protection systems, surveillance systems, and other security facilities to ensure compliance with industry standards.Coordinate responses to unexpected equipment failures and security incidents, leading investigations and corrective actions.Manage the engineering department's budget preparation and optimize energy consumption plans.Liaise with government regulatory authorities to ensure annual inspections of special equipment and safety certifications are compliant.
【Job Requirements】
Professional knowledge in fields such as Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, Automation, or Safety Management.Minimum of 3 years of experience in engineering and safety management in star-rated hotels or large-scale properties.Familiarity with core hotel systems including high and low voltage power distribution, HVAC, and water supply/drainage.Holders of a Registered Safety Engineer certificate or Fire Facility Operator certificate are preferred.Proficient in engineering drawing software such as AutoCAD and Building Management Systems (BMS).Strong emergency response skills and risk assessment awareness.Excellent team management abilities and cross-departmental collaboration experience.
