职位描述
【岗位职责】
1. 执行部门战略规划、年度工作计划和预算方案,确保部门工作高效、有序进行。
Execute the departmental strategic plans, annual work plans and budget plans, and ensure the department's work is carried out efficiently and in an orderly manner.
2. 提供酒店品牌定位与经营规相配套的产品与服务,持续提升酒店口碑和市场竞争力。
Provide products and services that align with the hotel's brand positioning and business regulations, and continuously enhance the hotel's reputation and market competitiveness.
3. 礼貌且高效地处理(包括内部及外部)客人的投诉和建议,并跟进确保问题圆满解决,确保客人的满意度达到酒店的目标要求。
Handle complaints and suggestions from guests (both internal and external) politely and efficiently, follow up to ensure satisfactory resolution of issues, and guarantee that guest satisfaction meets the hotel's target requirements.
4. 与姐妹酒店及酒店内部其他部门保持良好的沟通和协作,共同推动酒店的发展。
Maintain good communication and collaboration with sister hotels, and other internal departments of the hotel to jointly promote the development of the hotel.
5. 有处理突发事件的能力,能根据酒店相关标准及要求,快速处理突发事件。
Having the ability to handle emergencies, and being able to deal with them quickly in accordance with the relevant standards and requirements of the hotel.
6. 密切关注客户需求和市场动态,根据客人的反馈和需求调整、创新服务内容,提升客人的体验感。
Pay close attention to customer needs and market dynamics, adjust and innovate service content based on customers' feedback and demands, so as to enhance customers' sense of experience.
7. 按时出勤和仪容仪表,遵守酒店的仪容仪表规范,着装整齐并保持高标准的个人卫生及形象。
Maintain on-time attendance and proper grooming, comply with the hotel's grooming standards, dress neatly, and uphold high standards of personal hygiene and appearance.
8. 执行健康及安全法规、政策及程序。
Implement health and safety regulations, policies and procedures.
9. 执行酒店安全及紧急情况政策及程序。
Implement hotel safety and emergency policies and procedures.
10. 熟悉酒店安全、急救及消防紧急情况程序。
Be familiar with hotel safety, first aid and fire emergency procedures.
11. 充分的理解并遵守员工手册内容。
Fully understand and comply with the contents of the employee handbook.
【岗位要求】
1. 大学专科及以上学历。
College diploma or above.
2. 至少1年酒店相关岗位工作经验,熟悉奢华酒店礼宾服务标准与运营模式者优先
Possess at least 1 year of work experience in hotel-related positions; candidates who are familiar with the concierge service standards and operation models of luxury hotels are preferred.
3. 具备良好的沟通表达能力,能清晰、耐心地与宾客交流;有较好的服务意识,能主动发现宾客需求并提供协助;身体状况良好,能承担行李搬运等基础体力工作。
Possess good communication and expression skills, and be able to communicate with guests clearly and patiently; have strong service awareness, and be able to proactively identify guests' needs and provide assistance; be in good physical condition, and capable of undertaking basic physical work such as luggage handling.
4. 态度热情、有亲和力,能保持积极的服务心态;责任心强,对待工作认真细致;服从管理,能严格执行主管安排的工作任务,配合团队完成服务目标。
Be enthusiastic and approachable, and able to maintain a positive service mindset; have a strong sense of responsibility and handle work carefully and meticulously; be obedient to management, strictly implement work tasks assigned by the supervisor, and cooperate with the team to achieve service goals.
5. 熟练使用电脑办公软件。
Proficiency in using computer office software.
6. 良好的中英文读写能力
Chinese and English reading and writing skills is good.
