Handle emergencies and customer complaints during banquets, and maintain the hotel's reputation.
处理宴会期间的突发情况及客户投诉,维护酒店声誉。
Control banquet costs, manage material inventory and equipment maintenance.
控制宴会成本,管理物资库存及设备维护。
【Job Requirements 岗位要求】
Have work experience in banquet service or hotel-related fields, and be familiar with banquet procedures.

Excellent organizational and coordination skills, capable of efficiently coordinating multi-department collaboration.
