To assist the Director of People & Culture in achieving People & Culture goals and objectives, particularly in the areas of recruitment, personnel administration/records, and talent relations etc.
协助人才与文化总监完成人才与文化部的各项目标和任务,特别是人员招聘、人事管理和人才关系等方面。
Assist in planning, managing, controlling, coordinating and participating Talent & Culture activities in areas of Talent benefits, wages, salary, labour and Talent relations, recruitment, Talent career development.
协助管理与协调人才福利、人才工资、劳资关系、新人才的招聘、人才职业发展等工作。Recommending, implementing, formulating and executing hotel policies, procedures, rules, regulations and program for Talent.
协助负责制订,完善并执行酒店的规章制度,工作程序和其它人才活动。
