The Assistant Director of Food and Beverage reports to the Director of Food & Beverage, responsible for the overall daily Food and Beverage operation, providing leadership and direction whilst maximizing revenue opportunities and always maintaining guest and colleagues’ satisfaction levels to the standard of the hotel and of the company.
Job Responsibilities
To ensure Guest Satisfaction from arrival to departure following the standards and procedures manual, the Legendary Quality Experience (LQE), and our MO PILLARS.Assist the Director of F&B with strategic planning and decision-making.Oversee operations within the F&B department.Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency.Analyze financial reports and support budgeting processes.Coordinate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.Mentor and develop F&B managers and staff.Lead special projects or initiatives aimed at enhancing the guest experience.
Job Requirements
Diploma or Degree in a related disciplineA proven track record of success in a similar role, capability to build customer loyalty and guest satisfaction; delivering, profit and controlling costs.Three to five years’ experience in Food and Beverage of an international luxury hotel requiredStrong interpersonal and problem-solving abilities.Highly responsible and reliable. Works well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.Ability to work cohesively and lead a team.Ability to focus attention on guest needs, always remaining calm and courteous.Fluent in English, speaking Mandarin would be an advantage.
