Main responsibilities 主要职责
1.Responsible for the Laundry Department.
负责洗衣房工作。
2. A complete knowledge of all areas in the laundry operation: washing, spotting, starching, dry-cleaning and pressing.
熟知清洗、去污、上浆、干洗和熨烫等洗衣房的全部知识。
3.Manage the Laundry training, assign work, and monitor the quality of the laundry and quantities.
负责本部全员工的管理培训,人员调配工作,监督所在部门的生产经营。
4.Ensure that all items laundered and dry-cleaned are finished to the highest standard achievable and returned to the guests or staff in immaculate condition.
确保酒店洗衣间的全部布草都按所能达到的标准进行清洗或干洗, 保持清洁无瑕并送还给客人或员工。确保所有水洗与干洗的衣物达到质量标准,送返给客人或者是员工的衣服必须达到高洁净度。
5. Ensure all damaged linen and uniforms are sent to the uniform room for repairs or discarding.
确保所有破损的布草或制服都被送往制服间进行修补或报损。
6. Control and record chemical consumption and recorder as required.
按需要控制和记录洗涤剂的消耗。
7.Assist in maintaining records of stock and equipment.
帮助保持存货和设备的保养记录。
8. Supervise all employees within the Laundry/ Dry-cleaning section.
监督洗衣(包括干洗)部门的全部员工的工作。
9.Ensure an accurate valet delivery.
确保准确的侍从服务(帮客人洗烫衣服)。客衣准确无误的送返
10.Ensure prompt and correct guest charges.
确保及时准确地给客人计费,收取洗衣费用。
11. Ensure laundry revenue achieve budget, increase outsource laundry revenue.
确保洗衣房收入达到预算,寻找合适的外洗资源提高洗衣房收入。
12. Ensure daily production records for linen and uniforms are maintained.
确保正确保管布草和制服的日产量记录。
13. Responsible for availability of clean bedroom linen and towels at all times.
任何时间都要对清洁的布草、制服的可用性负责。任何时候皆要保证楼层有充足的布草使用。
14. Responsible for careful handling of chemicals to avoid accidents.
负责酒店化学药品管理防止事故。
15. Develop purchase specification.
建立采购明细单 。
16. Prepare budgets for purchases.
准备采购预算。
17. Develop stock control procedures.
贯彻存货控制程序。
18. Handle and store stock according to stock control procedures.
按照存货控制程序处理、储存存货。
19. Develop performance standards for operations in the department.
提升部门服务点的实际工作水平。

20. Prevent and resolve grievances.
避免和调解抱怨。
21. Resolve disputes.

22. Discipline staff, when necessary.

23. Determine and plan for future staffing needs.
明确和制定本部门各岗位所需人员的编制计划。
24. Recruit staff together with Executive Housekeeper and Personnel Manager.
与行政管家和人力资源部经理一起招聘员工。
25. Prepare staff rosters.
准备员工排班表。
26. Facilitate multi-skilling arrange staff cross training.
鼓励员工掌握多技能,安排员工进行交叉培训。
27.Maintain up-to-date staff records.
维护员工情况记录。
28. Implement staff performance appraisals.
进行员工表现评估。
29. Carry out exit interviews.
实施员工离店面谈。
30. Provide ongoing advice and support to staff under your supervisor.
给予所管理的员工以不断的建议和支持。
31. Supervise staff performance.
指导员工表现。
32. Implement appropriate management practices that provide staff motivation and communication.
实施合适的管理方式给予员工动力和沟通。
33. Adhere to the hotels and emergency policies and procedures.
坚持酒店安全制度、紧急情况处理规定和程序。
34. Adhere to hotel cleaning and maintenance programs.
坚持酒店的清洁和养护。
35. Ensure a high level of cleaning is maintained in work area.
保持维护所在工作区域的整洁。
36. Keep the equipment maintenance schedules.
遵守设备维护保养计划。
37. Prepare and conduct meetings and group presentations to keep staff/ management/ other parties informed of hotel operations and other relevant issues.
准备和主持会议通过集体参加形式向员工/管理者/其它组织通告酒店运作和其它方面的情况。
38. Ensure all the staff working according to the policies and procedures.
按计划对洗衣房的设备进行保养。
39. Continue to study new fabric knowledge on world and grasp recent developments in technology.
不断学习和研究国际纺织品知识,掌握和了解当今世界洗衣行业的新近动态,不断完善自我。
40. Carry out other tasks as directed by your supervisors
完成你上级交待的其它任务。
41.According to the operation needs, if necessary should follow department manager’s work arrangement. Provide task force to other sections of housekeeping department and attend cross training to learn concerned work skills.
出于运营需求,必要时服从部门经理安排,对客房部其它岗位进行支援,并提前参与交叉培训,学习相关的技能。
42. According to the operation needs, assist in operation department service under arrangement.
根据酒店运营需要,在部门的安排下,随时参与酒店各运营部门的服务工作。
43. Keep grooming match with standard.
根据饭店及品牌标准保持个人仪容仪表。
44. Conduct health regulation, safety policy.
执行健康及安全法规、政策及程序。
45. Settle danger situation and inform potential danger.
采取行动排除危险情况,并及时通知危险隐患。
46. Carry out all the process of safety emergency.
执行酒店安全紧急情况政策及程序。
47. Ensure heart of house clean, safe and hygiene.
保证酒店后场区域与前场区域保持同样干净、安全、卫生。
48. Keep analysis, evaluate, improve self-behaviour.
不断分析、评估、改进个人工作表现。
49. Comply with code of conduct.
遵守道德行为规范。
50. Comply with Staff Handbook and related policies.
遵守《员工手册》的相关规定。
51. Complete the temporary job assigned by the reporting leader.
完成上级安排的临时性工作。
