1.Cleans and re-sets working area.

2.Maintain a hygienic kitchen according to HACCP.

3.Keep the storeroom in order.

4.Clean and polish the silver, copper stainless steel.
清洁和擦亮所有银质,铜制,不锈钢制品。
5.Put the silver, copper, stainless steel back in its proper place.
按规范摆放好金属制品。
6.Maintain the polishing machine and the deoxidizing bath in perfect order.
按规范清洗机器。
7.Control stocks for daily use in the restaurant to ensure service requirement are met.
控制库存量来满足酒店服务标准需求。
8.Control breakage, waste and spoilage.
控制破坏,损坏和浪费现象。
Knowledge and Experience知识与经验
1.Junior high school education or above.
初中以上学历。
2.Hard-working.
肯吃苦耐劳。
3.Responsible.
责任心强。
4.Male/Female.
男女不限。
5.Relevant work experience is preferred.
