Job
Summary:
1.
Supervise, train and
evaluate reservation supervisor and develop potential reservation agents.
2.
Motivate and make sure
all reservation agents are working under hotel and department’s standard.
3.
Perform all daily tasks
related to room status control and balancing, reservation strategy planner.
Assist
where necessary to ensure optimum service to guests, visitors and other
departments.
