2.充分了解各个预订渠道,并高效而准确地为客人完成相应的预订。包括辅助完成第三方渠道的开房,关房,改价等技巧。
Fully understand each booking channel, and efficiently andaccurately complete the corresponding booking. Including assisting thecompletion of the third party channel room opening, closing, and price changeskills.
3.处理客人的投诉、问询和请求,如果自己无法提供协助,则寻求主管和经理助理。
Attends to guest’s complaints, inquiries and requests, refereesproblems to supervisor/Assistant Manager if he/she unable to assist.
