As a Guest Service Center Agent, we rely on you to:
作为酒店总机接线员,需承担以下主要工作职责:
1、Answer and transfer incoming calls promptly and professionally, ensuring accurate information delivery.
及时、专业地接听并转接来电,确保信息传递准确。
2、Handle guest inquiries and provide basic hotel information courteously.
礼貌处理宾客咨询,提供酒店基本信息。
3、Record and relay messages accurately to the appropriate departments or individuals.
准确记录并传递信息至相关部门或人员。
4、Assist with wake-up call requests and other telephone-related guest services.
协助处理叫醒服务及其他电话相关的宾客需求。
5、Maintain updated knowledge of hotel services, promotions, and emergency procedures.
保持对酒店服务、促销活动及紧急程序的最新了解。
We are looking someone who:
我们寻找的人选需具备:
1、Technical secondary school education or above; previous experience in a similar role is preferred.
中专及以上学历,有相关工作经验者优先。
2、Good communication skills and a pleasant telephone manner.
具备良好的沟通能力和亲切的电话礼仪。
3、Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
能够同时处理多项任务并在压力下工作。
4、Basic computer skills and familiarity with telephone systems.
具备基本电脑操作能力,熟悉电话系统。
5、Basic English communication skills and fluent Mandarin.
具备基本英语沟通能力,普通话流利。
