岗位职责:
Supervise a given shift at the Front Desk. Directsstaff that performs and will also perform these duties onown.
督导一个班次,安排自己以及指导员工按照职责工作。
Respond to a wide variety of guest requests by accurately assessing the guest needs and requests and then adding personal recommendations and touches to achieve maximum customer satisfaction while complying with all Four Seasons’ policies.
通过准确地解读客人的所需所想来应对客人各种各样的要求,适当的加入个人的建议及关怀,在遵循四季酒店的策略的同时实现顾客满意最大化。
Assist department manager to finish daily work smoothly. Improve customer satisfaction, develop and maintain the team with my ability, and care for colleagues to ensure better service every day.
协助部门经理顺利的完成每日工作。提高客人对服务的满意度,用自己的能力发展维护好团队,时刻关怀同事以保证每日更加出色的服务。
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE / QUALIFICATIONS
职位要求:
Holds diploma/certificatein Hospitality or Tourism Management.
酒店管理或旅游管理相关专业毕业证书。
Good skills ofthe English and Cantonese or Mandarin languages. Preferably foreign languageability.
具有良好的沟通技巧及中英文的读写能力,更希望具有多国语言能力。
Must be serviceoriented and be able to maintain Four Seasons standard hospitality at all times
有良好的服务意识,在任何时候都能够适应四季的相关标准和理念。
Good knowledgeand very familiar with Opera system
良好的知识量储备,熟知Opera系统的操作。
