1. Assume responsibility of daily operations in assigned outlet to ensure a smooth
running, profitable operation within the framework of the hotel.

8.Accurately forecast business demands to ensure efficient staffing & food production.

9.To ensure the efficient scheduling of associates.

10.Assist to ensure the awareness & enforcement of all Marriott S.O.P.’s &
Property L.S.O.P.’s

18.Implement a departmental daily “15 Minute” training program.

19.Assist to conduct outlet associate performance reviews in a professional and timely
manner.

20.Be responsible for all aspects of associate management including hiring,
discipline in conjunction with the Lounges Manager.
协助经理完成对员工纪律的管理。
21.Assist Lounges Manager to conduct an effective monthly associate meeting with minutes.
协助经理完成每月员工会议记录。
22.Practice“open door” policy to all associates.
运用开放式的政策对待每为员工。
23.Assist to take responsibility for all accounting and billing procedures in the outlet.
负责全部部门里的财务及帐单。
24.Respond to guest inquiries or concerns within 24 hours in what is deemed the
appropriate manner.
查询和关注客人在24小时内以适当的方式去完成。
