· Supervise and oversee the operation/section tomaintain service standards

· Check on talent discipline, grooming standards andpunctuality

· Check on guests’ satisfaction levels and properlyhandle feedback and follow-up

· Perform opening and closing duties as assigned

· Ensure that operating equipment is maintained andservice and storage areas are kept safe and clean
确保设备的维修，服务和仓库区域保持安全和整洁
· Help minimize waste, neglect, breakages andmishandling of supplies and equipment’s

· Monitor quality of food and beverage products inevery order

· To ensure that guests receive the attention andservice they require
· Perform trainer tasks and conduct training for alltalent as assigned by Restaurant Manager / Assistant Manager

· To motivate, coach and project a positive attitudeat all times

· Help manage talent performance appraisals andperformance logs

· Able to account and handle cash effectively,efficiently, with integrity and follow established and proper Accountingprocedures.

· Carry out any other duties as and when assigned bythe Management of the Hotel

· Assist other Food & Beverage Outlets in theiroperations within peak times when needed
