4.Maintain high standards of personal hygiene, grooming andpresentation.

5.Ensures correct and safe use of all equipment, machinery and tools.

6.Always maintains high standards of food hygiene, cleanliness andtidiness in the kitchen, storage, fridges and freezers.
高标准的保持工作区域、存储区域、保鲜及冷冻冰箱的卫生、干净整洁。
7.Makes sure that all food items stored correctly.
保证准确收货和充足的库存。
8.Ensures that all the kitchen equipment is in good working order andreports any faults or damage to supervisor.
保证所有的厨房设备正常工作如有问题马上报告。
9.Initiates action to correct a hazardoussituation and notify supervise of potential danger.
采取行动排除危险,向上级报告危险隐患。
10.Works effectively to promote harmony andteamwork.

任职资格:
1.Secondary School
中等学历
2.Chinese cookingcertification preferred but not required
中式烹调专业优先
3.Minimum 2 yearsexperiences as Chinese cook; Hotel experience is preferred but not required
至少2年中式烹饪经验,酒店厨房履历优先。
