· Ensure all food and beverage items, equipment and other facilities are maintained according to department operation manual.

· Have a thorough knowledge and understanding of all food and beverage items in the menu and the ability to recommend Food and Beverage combinations and up sell alternatives.

· Ensure well prepare before the meal according to requirement and operation need.
