统筹员工商业保险、体检及弹性福利项目,优化员工关怀体验,提升组织满意度。Manage employee benefit programs (insurance, wellness, perks) to enhance employee experience and retention.
协助部门之间所有活动的协调工作,以及员工奖励等活动的协调工作。
Assists in coordinating of inter-departmental social activities and associate award presentations.
始终对管理和个人行为负责, 并且积极展现酒店和凯悦的形象。
Exercises responsible management and behavior at all times and positively representing the Hotel and Hyatt.
协助并积极参加所有人力资源部的活动。
Assists and participate in all Human Resources activities.
严格确保办公室资料机密性。
Ensures and practices the outmost protection of office’s confidentiality.
随着行业、公司和酒店的变化,适应因人力资源部的职能变化而带来的职能变化。
Responds to changes in human resources function as dictated by the Hotel, industry and company.
参加必要的培训和例会。
Attends training sessions and meetings as and when required.
完成其他合理分配的职责和任务。
Carries out any other reasonable duties and responsibilities as assigned.
