工作职责:
• Be in charge of daily HR operations as overtime & leave request approval, contract extension, Health Certificate renew, social Insurance, Housing Fund, working meal, etc.
• 负责日常加班、休假、合同续签、健康证管理、社保、公积金及餐费充值等薪资福利日常事务
• Assist the C&B Manager to deal with the work injury case.
• 协助薪资福利经理完成工伤事务的处理
• Conduct the Trainee’s commercial insurance.
• 为实习生购买商业保险
• Responsible for the management of labor contract/ labor agreement.
• 负责劳动合同/劳务协议的管理
• Assist foreign employees about the visa matters
• 协助外籍员工签证办理事宜
任职资格:
• Communication skills are utilized a significant amount of time when interacting with others; demonstrated ability to interact with customers, employees and third parties that reflects highly on the hotel, the brand and the Company.
• 拥有在与他人交往时大多数时间所使用的沟通技能;完全代表酒店,品牌和公司与顾客,员工和第三方交往的能力。
• Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
• 精通微软办公软件
• Good writing skills
• 良好的写作技能
• Keep confidential to all HR work related matters and transactions.
