夜班经理 Night Manager

工作职责：
1. 夜间巡查：定时对酒店各区域进行巡查，确保安全与秩序。
2. 突发情况处理：及时应对和处理夜间发生的各种突发情况，如客人投诉、设备故障等。
3. 员工管理：监督夜间员工的工作表现，提供必要的指导和支持。
4. 协调沟通：与各部门保持联系，协调解决夜间出现的问题。
5. 宾客服务：亲自为有需要的客人提供服务，提升宾客体验。
6. 记录与报告：记录夜间重要事项和问题，及时向上级汇报。
Job responsibility
1. Night inspection: Regular inspection of all areas of the hotel to ensure safety and order.
2. Emergency handling: Timely respond to and deal with all kinds of emergencies that occur at night, such as customer complaints, equipment failures, etc.
3. Staff management: Supervise the performance of night staff and provide necessary guidance and support.
4. Coordination and communication: keep in touch with various departments to coordinate and solve problems at night.
5. Guest service: Personally provide services to guests in need to enhance the guest experience.
6. Record and report: record important matters and problems at night, and report to superiors in time.
