1. Report to Front Office Manager
2. Well versed on all Brand Standard requirements for Front Office and related areas
3. To be responsible for all guest service activities in the executive floor and provide supervision in executive lounge with objective, performance and quality standard established by Marriott International.
4. To assistant and supervise Executive Floor Agent and Executive Floor Attendant to strive towards total guest satisfaction. Ensure that all associates are adhering to all hotel policies, standards, procedures and regulations.
5. Responsible for hiring, training and development of all associates working for the executive floor area.
6. Assist the front office manager to ensure a correct and smoothly-operating department.
7. Coordinate/create a smooth work environment with concierge manager, guest relations manager and night manager. Ensure effective communication is in place.
