1.Conducts shift briefings toensure hotel activities and operational requirements are known

3.Works with Superior and HumanResources on manpower planning and management needs

任职资格:
1.Associate degree or higher, fluent in English conversation
大专以上文化程度,英语会话流利
2.Cheerful personality, quick-witted, diligent in work, with strong service awareness, sales awareness, and a sense of responsibility
性格开朗、头脑灵活、工作踏实,具有较强的服务意识、推销意识和责任感
3.Proficient in all guest-facing policies, facilities, services, as well as the operational standards and procedures of the front desk
通晓酒店各项对客政策、设施设备及服务种类以及总台工作程度和规范
4.Possess a well-proportioned appearance and good physical health
相貌端正,身体健康
5.Experience in international five-star hotels is preferred
具有国际五星级酒店的工作经验的优先
6.Proficient in using the Opera system
