- Assists in providing guidance/advice to all
management staff in the application of local policies and procedures in
handling human resources.

-Ensures all correspondence addressed to Human
Resources are responded to/acted on within established timeframes.

- Consistently coordinates with the Social (SIB) Insurance
Bureau on staff insurance related policies and procedures and make known to the
Director of Human Resources.
与当地社保局紧密联系,及时向人力资源总监汇报最新社保相关政策。
- Handle the insurance/benefits matters for all staff
in a timely manner as per the requirement of local government.
根据当地政府的要求,及时处理员工的保险事宜
- Provides hotel/ staff with updated information on
government benefits on a need basis.
及时更新最新当地政策信息给到员工。
- Responsible for checking in new employees as per established
standards/ procedures.
负责新员工的入职事宜
- Issue
uniform forms, prepare name tags, ID cards.
分发制服、准备名牌以及员工卡
- Participates in the documentation of staff
movements in the Hotel, ensuring that all status changes have the appropriate
approvals and papers.
准备员工调动的相关材料,确保所有有岗位变动的员工资料得以及时更新。
- Prepares Clearance Forms for leavers, ensuring that
accurate instructions are attached regarding nature of computations/deductions
involved considering nature of separation and notice given.
为离职员工准备离职表,确保离职程序的完成。
- Releases last payment for leavers, ensuring that a leaver’s
claim and waiver is properly signed by the staff, and endorsed by the Division
Head.
给离职员工分发最后薪资,确保离职者的索赔或者豁免有部门总监的签字。
- Keeps track of probation evaluation schedules for
new hires; reminds supervisor concerned regarding schedules; follows through on
completion and return to Human Resources office.
及时跟进新入职员工的试用期评估,提醒各部门在规定时间内完成评估并把表格交到人力资源部。
- Immediately alerts the Director of Human Resources
on performance ratings which are below standards, for action.
提醒人力资源总监对表现评估低于标准的员工采取措施。
- Immediately alerts the Director of Human Resources on the evaluation forms
which are not returned to Human Resources office on the scheduled dates.
对于未及时上交表现评估的人员要及时提醒人力资源总监。
- Checks Vacation Leave forms and ensures these are
approved by authorized signatories
核查休假申请表,确保假单都得到授权人的批准。
- Verifies leaves available against staff entitlement
and reports discrepancies and concerns to appropriate staff and department
heads.
发现员工有本可以休但是未休的假期要及时向各部门报告。
- Encodes leaves entitlement of staff into the HR
System.
将员工的休假记录录入人事系统。
- Input of employee’s personal data into the HR
System and consistently update it.
将员工信息录入人事系统并及时更新。
维持并监管人事考勤系统。
