岗位职责:
1. 每天检查菜品材料预备是否充分;Daily check that food preparation is sufficient;
2. 服从上级的安排,制作菜单需要的所有菜品;Obey the arrangement of the superior, organize all the food they need to make their menu;
3. 检查工作柜、工作冰箱,防止储存的食品霉变;Check work cabinet, refrigerator, prevent mildew stored food;
4. 安全使用,保养本岗位的各种设施设备,并保证其安全使用;The safe use and maintenance of various facilities of the post and ensure there safe use;
5. 严格按照操作规范进行工作,并且监督其他人;Adhere strictly to the working practice and supervise others;
6. 严格按照酒店的标准制作菜品;Adhere strictly to the standards of the hotel dishes;
7. 熟悉本部门的专业知识标准和卫生规定;Be familiar with professional knowledge of the department's standards and the hygiene rules;
8. 做好厨房清洁卫生,整齐整洁,清净卫生;Do a good job in the kitchen sanitation, keeping it neat and tidy;
9. 将剩余的食品合理储存,并将加工好的原料放入冰箱;Proper storage of food and keep processed raw materials in the fridge;
10. 能按质按量完成上级交代的其他工作。Ensure adequate order quantity and other work as required.
任职要求:
1. 好的沟通技巧;Good communication skills;
2. 高中及中专学历;Technical secondary school and high school;
3. 1年酒店的工作经验。1 years’ experience in a hotel.
